Passersby beg man threatening to beat military officer in uniform

A suspected tout has been captured on tape challenging a military officer over a disagreement.
The soldier was dressed in his uniform, while the man confronting him held a stick which he brandished to scare the officer away.
Some residents in the area gathered to try and separate them before the confrontation escalates into a brawl.
A man could be seen begging the stick-wielding individual who pushed the soldier and continued the vent
